Dan Mikesell is a educator, designer, artist and inventor. He has taught various subjects around the world in the art/design/engineering areas. 

 

Dan is also Co-founder and Creative Director for HackerSpace Seoul, a creative incubator which has earned grants from the Korean Foundation for Science and Creativityfor their work on biological and bio-mimetic installation.

His projects have been shown in Europe, Asia and the United States. His work “Project : Prey”  and “HODU won the Research Challenge competition at SIGGRAPH two years in a row. Dan currently holds one U.S. patent and three Korean patents.
